- Installation
-
- This installation will install the program for later use on your hard disk.
-
- Follow these steps to install the program:
-
- 1. Read the notes for the program that will be installed. (the window above
- the pushbuttons !).
-
- 2. Select a drive from the drive list with enough free space on it.
- Consider the information about the required hard disk space and the
- existing hard disk space, which is displayed on the right side.
-
- 3. Enter the directory, where the program should be installed.
-
- 4. Start the installation by pressing the "Install" pushbutton. During
- installation you can see the progress of the installation and the
- actions, that the install program performs.
- If you do not want to install the program, please press the "Exit"
- pushbutton.

- 5. After the files has been installed on your hard disk, the installation
- program will create a new folder (with the program object) on the Desktop
- and then exit, if the installation was successful.

- Note: If you want to deinstall the program, delete the folder (including the
- program object), the files in the program directory and finally remove
- the program directory.

- ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2. Start installation ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

- Use this pushbutton to start the installation. If there were any missing or
- incorrect options, this pushbutton is disabled.
-
- During installation you can watch the progress and what files are copied or
- unpacked.

- ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 3. Exit installation ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

- Use this pushbutton to exit the installation. No files will be installed.

- ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 4. Program directory ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
-
- Enter the name of the directory, where you wish to install the program, in this
- entryfield.
-
- You must enter a relative path (e.g \TEST or \EXAMPLE).
-
- The name of the directory must start with \ which must be followed by at least
- on character (installation to a root directory is not valid).
-
- If the entered directory name is invalid, the pushbutton "Install" will be
- disabled.

- If the directory does not exist, you will be asked whether to create that
- directory or not.

- On beginning the entryfield is filled with a default directory.

- ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 5. Program information ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

- This window displays important information about the program, that will be
- installed.

- ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 6. Drive ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

- Use this list to select the target drive for the installation.
-
- On the right side you will see the free space of the currently selected drive.
- If there is not enough space on the selected drive, the pushbutton "Install"
- will be disabled.

- Diskette drives are not included in the list.

- The first harddisk is automatically pre-selected.
